Free overnight error and diagnostic checks
Any problems are automatically logged and uploaded to our servers overnight allowing us to find the fault and fix it overnight rather than you having to raise a call and attempt resolution over the phone.
We perform overnight integrity checks on the database and memory within the hardware cabinets to ensure the system is working correctly.
The database is also examined periodically to determine how people are using the system allowing us to tailor our healthcheck visits so that time is spent improving how the system works for you.
Twice yearly comprehensive health checks
We will visit your site twice a year and perform a complete audit of the system. We will also make recommendations on how to improve your use of the system and provide re-training if required.
