The "browse" section of the software contains many different lists and reports that are generated in real-time.
Some of the lists are there to provide business functionality - the screenshot below shows the "load vehicles that are available" list for example.
This list simply filters all known assigned keys based on their type being a loan car and whether they are "in" the system (i.e. can be used) or "out"
of the system (and who has that key). Other lists include breakdown vehicles not finished, used vehicles not being used/sold/demonstrated, vehicles marked with faults etc.
