Searching is done from a single, easy to understand, screen. Depending on the information you know and
what you want to find you simply enter the known information in a freeform manner. The software then
performs the search, ranking items according to the most likely item you are looking for.
The software also has the ability to include similar sounding items - for example when searching on
customer name, this facility means you do not need to enter the correct spelling in order to find
the item you are looking for.
