When adding keys you are first required to enter some identification values such as registration or chassis number. A mandatory check is then performed to ensure that there are not already keys entered into the system - thus avoiding duplication.

In addition, as part of the mandatory check, a search is performed on your DMS solution and the software allows importing directly from this screen.
