High performance
Even with hundreds of users countrywide, searches for keys take less than 100 milliseconds but are rich in detail such as who is the current holder of the key, where the vehicle related to the key is parked, how long ago it was taken etc.
Scalability
Our software can scale from a single key cabinet, 10 users and running on a desktop PC to serving 30+ key cabinets, 100's of users and running on dedicated server PC's.
DMS integration
We can integrate directly with popular Dealer Management Systems to allow keys to be directly visible within the eTag solution saving unnecessary duplication of data. We can also integrate with your own bespoke databases to provide real time key information.
Quick and easy reports
We have many built in reports either textual or graph based and all can be exported to Excel for further processing. Reports can also be quickly pulled up from specific keys or users and restricted by timeframe. We also develop new reports according to customer requirements free as part of the support contract.

Track keys acround the country
Our server software is designed to be low-bandwidth, with communication between key cabinets and client PCs being heavily optimised allowing you to run a central server to cater for all of your locations. Keys can then be tracked as they move from one key cabinet to another no matter where they are in the country.
Manage parking spaces
When searching for a key users will automatically be given the parking location of the vehicle related to the key - no more wasting time locating the vehicle!
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
We can assist in providing key data for use with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. For example if a dealership has an audit of vehicles, the vehicles that were not present at time of audit can be confirmed as present later in the day when the key was returned.

Our desktop client can run on Windows 2000/XP/Vista or Windows 7 with only the .NET Framework required to be installed.
Web based client
Our new web based client can run in any browser on any client operating system including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari on Windows, Mac OS X or Linux (installation of Adobe Flash Player may be required).
Automatic updates
Our desktop client automatically updates itself from the server software allowing us to deliver new updates to you without downtime or involving your IT staff.
Server Requirements
Our server software has been tested to run on standard desktops such as Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. In addition we also fully support server operating systems such as Windows Server 2003, 2008 and the latest Windows Server 2008 R2 both 32 Bit and 64 Bit.
